One of the best things about being a backer of Desmond Devlin and my upcoming book of MAD-style movie parodies was that those at a certain perk level and above got to nominate and vote to chose three of the twelve movies we will be spoofing in CLAPTRAP. When Desmond and I announced the last two stretch goals for CLAPTRAP, we knew it was a really long shot we’d be able to make it to $64,000 by the end of the campaign. In fact, we figured it was impossible. We had a long way to go, not a lot of time to get there, and all the really big ticket perks were sold out. But “go big or go home” as they say.
