Illustration Throwback Thursday- Supercapers Comic!

Back in 2008 I did a bunch of work on a superhero genre spoof film called “Supercapers” for director/writer/producer/actor Ray Griggs. In early 2009 he had me do a promotional comic book that was a sort of sequel/prequel (time travel story) to the movie that was given out at Wondercon and elsewhere. The 13 page comic was designed, drawn and colored by me, and mostly inked by my pal, comic book superstar Tom Nguyen, although I inked all the faces and two of the full pages. Here is the comic in it’s entirely. You may recognize some of the characters as they are caricatures of the actors in the film (yes, Adam West was in it).
