Clicky to Embiggen… This is a little different than usual, but here’s a drawing I was commissioned to do at the Chicago Comic-Con this past weekend. Sorry for the lousy picture, I took it when the drawing was in a plastic holder, and it’s a little warped looking. Anyway, It’s the cast of “Firefly” with the couple who commissioned it added in on the right. MAD Blog Woes

Just a boring update on the woes of Tom’s MAD Blog as I attempt to simply move it to another host. I gave up for the time being, so posting will resume on the old host until I can get this figured out. It’s a long story, but the short version is I moved the website to a new host a few years ago in an effort to take part of an initiative by a cartooning group. Clicky to Embiggen… MTV Geek posted a sneak peek of the splash page to MAD‘s parody of “Homeland”, words by David Shayne, art by me. I’ll be able to post more of a peek at the rest of the parody once the issue’s release date gets closer. Chicago Comic-Con!

I’ll be at the Chicago Comic Con today through Sunday in Artist’s Alley booth #D3. I’ll have a stack of original MAD pages for sale ranging from $150 (cheap) to $900 (not so cheap, but two page splashes!), lots of Doctor Who prints where I will be ready to do the custom “Twelve Doctor Option” on them, copies of my book and stuff to do caricatures and sketches.
