One-Day Wonder Workshop!

I’ll be spending two weeks in the Orlando area in November, so I scheduled a rather unique version of my workshop up in the Villages area of central Florida… a one-day workshop!
This is a bit of an experiment to see how a shorter, more streamlined version of my usual two-day workshop will work. I’m skipping a lot of the extraneous stuff I usually do like the long “live caricature” exercise (we’ll just get a taste of that instead), and streamlining the individual features lessons, but the majority of the information I share in the full weekend class will remain. The benefits of this format are that it’s far less of a time commitment for the student, half the cost, and they will still get most of the lessons and teaching I usually feature. The downside is it will be a bigger group so there will be very little individual instruction, there will be no class illustration, and we will be drawing fewer faces together.
It will still be a fun, instructive, and highly creative class. Frankly I think it will be better for the true novice artist, since it’s only one day and therefore not as intimidating as a full weekend of drawing. So, if you’ve always thought it would be fun to take one of my workshops but the time, money, and stress of committing a full weekend to drawing with a small group of artists put you off, this is your chance!
