Speaking of Comic Cons, I’m going to be a special guest at Michigan Comic Con next month, and I was asked to do the art for the official convention poster. Image above. The initial idea to spoof the cover of MAD #243 with Iron Man was the convention folk’s, but I added Alfred and a couple of other gags. My 2019 workshops have all been sold out for several months now, but I just added one more in December: Orlando, Florida! My youngest daughter lives in Orlando and we have planned a trip to visit her at that time, so I figured, why not do a workshop while there? Come and see me at Atlanta Comic Con at the Georgia World Congress Center this weekend! I’ll be at table G-4 in the special guests area. What’s new for me? Well, I’m going to start having a very limited edition comic-con exclusive print that will be unique for each comic con I do. One day left in my final European workshop of 2019, here in beautiful Seengen, Switzerland! My workshop in Austin in October is now sold out, meaning all workshops for the rest of 2019 are booked solid. That, however, does not mean you have no chance of getting in.
