I thought about doing a series of caricatures from the show “Game of Thrones” for a while, but I don’t know if I can anymore. After seeing Hermann Mejia‘s brilliant artwork in the parody of the show in MAD #521, I might not be able to be objective in my versions of the characters. Here’s another one from the show, though… Maisie Williams who plays Arya Stark. READ MORE

Q: What the hell is Max Korn? Even if you don’t wanna tell do you actually know, or do any of the old timers at MAD actually know.. or do they pretend to? A: Ah… the mystery of “Max Korn”. For those who are not MAD aficionados, the name “Max Korn” began to show up as a sort of “Easter egg” drawn or written into the pages of MAD here and there… I am not sure exactly when it started, but I think sometime in the mid to late 80’s. “Max Korn” is even listed in Urban Dictionary, where the definition says: Max Korn a… READ MORE
The digital version of the MAD Superman Special is available for purchase via the MAD iPad app (including a nifty animated version of my cover which justifies all that work I did on the cityscape). What’s more, according to the above announcement within that very downloaded collection of dreck the first 23 issues of MAD are also now available through the app or Comixology. I haven’t actually tried to see if I can download them, but they are either ready to go or obviously on the way soon! fa fa fa! READ MORE
