Catwoman number two: Lee Meriwether! Ms. Meriwether took over the role of Catwoman from Julie Newmar for the spinoff film version of the TV show “Batman”, which hit theaters in June 1966. “Catwoman Week” continues tomorrow… same Bat Time, same Bat Website! It’s Catwoman Week! Here’s the first of my finished art for my upcoming limited edition print that debuts next week at San Diego Comic Con and here in the Studio Store. Catwoman number one is Julie Newmar, the first live-action version of the Feline Femme Fatale from the Batman TV show. She first appeared in a two episode story arc in March of 1966. Here she is, the last of our “Catwoman” series! Camren Bicondova as the young Selina Kyle/Catwoman from the TV show “Gotham”. Original available in the Studio Store. It’s Catwoman Week!!
