After drawing Billy Idol last week I figured I might as well roll with another 80’s pop music superstar, so this week’s subject is a very young Madonna! I did a theme park example of her my very first summer doing caricatures in 1985 during this “Material Girl” phase of her look. Of course that was her ONLY look that that time. I’ve gotten a few DMs on social media that some people are being first alerted to the death of a famous figure via my latest “Sketch o’the Week” post, so I want to make sure everyone knows Rod is not dead (as far as I know).
