Tonight is the season finale of Saturday Night Live, and longtime (and departing) castmember Bobby Moynihan commissioned me to do this group illustration of the cast as well as a few of the guest highlights from this year. Congrats on a stellar season… we are big fans in the Richmond household!

You nailed every one of them!. Whenever I see Colin Jost on the Weekend Update segment I think, this is how Pixar would portray John F Kennedy.

Wonderful piece, Tom! I saw that Leslie Jones tweeted a pic of the piece. Nice to see that she has a great sense of humor, AND can take a joke (or a superb caricature), too (unlike a certain Ms. Peretti).
Oh, I believe that this past show, was not only Bobby’s last (until he guest hosts), but also the last for Vanessa Bayer and Sasheer Zamata. I wondered why she was in a wheelchair in your drawing, then realized it as a dirt bike (duh!) from the “Stranger Things” parody in the Lin Manual-Miranda episode! Fantastic!
