Since I missed last week’s SotW, this week it’s a two-for-one! In honor of writer extraordinaire Mark Evanier‘s ongoing series “Great Photos of Stan Laurel and/or Oliver Hardy” on his blog, here is my take on the Great Stan and Ollie. These might be the two most caricatured/cartooned film stars in history.

    Ha! That’s awesome. I just watched “Great Guns” (1941) with our 7 year old this weekend – her first Laurel & Hardy film. She liked the blackbird in Oliver’s trousers the best, it seems.

    Awesome!! It’s funny how i can see the principles from your book in this drawing. I wish i had the confidence to push Stan’s mouth so far under his nose.
