There is a link in the story above to The Brotherhood of the Bat message board. Follow it, click the "log in" link, register with Runboard (it's free) and join the forum. That is the place to ask about where to find these costume pieces. One caveat. As selling actual costumes is against copyright law, they will ignore or delete posts that ask where to "buy" these things. Do a search for the items you want and private message the people you find that make whatever it is you are looking for. I can't believe how much work you put into it yourself, but it sure paid off. And if you're worried about your physique changing too much to accomodate superhero costumes in the future, don't worry, you can always switch to an Adam West-style one. (Of course, based on what you say about the lack of flexibility, it might be a better choice for Burnsville heroics; Adam West Batman could probably take out a whole squad of Keaton-Kilmer-Clooney-Bale Batmen on his ownsome).
