Sketch o’the Week- The 12th Doctor!

The BBC just released the first image of Peter Capaldi as the Twelfth Doctor, complete with his costume, so I could not resist doing a drawing of him as the official Doctor.
I will NOT be issuing another limited edition print with Capaldi added, because that would just not be right. I am happy that the drawing I was doing of him as the “12th Doctor option” on the current print was not too far from his actual look in the show:
For the few remaining ones of these I do, I will get the specifics of the costume more accurate. BTW, I have less than 30 of these prints left now. Going fast!

This is awesome!!! I already have a “Doctor is in” print. It’s says the twelve doctors…even though you didn’t draw in Capaldi. I booth sat at mcba fall con for you so you gave me a print. Before that I hadn’t seen a single episode of Doctor Who! But I thought if I was gonna frame the art I should at least watch a few episodes…Now I’m a total WHOVIAN!!!!

Tom, i purchased your “Doctor is in” print (with 12th Doctor option) and i fully agree… his look is “close enough” to his official look for me. The print is absolutely brilliant. …and i’ve also seen your more recent sketch of Hurt’s Doctor… also great!!
