Tom Bunk's Aquaman Cover

Yet another exclusive sneak peek of one of the MAD variant covers for thirteen of DC Comics’ titles, to be released in April. This mind-blowing cover for Aquaman #19 is by Tom Bunk, and comes your way thanks to!

  1. N. Gomes says:

Looking at various covers in various style brings a question in my mind -have you ever given a shot to adobe Illustrator as an inkingmedium/
And since you know that a lot of people can’t get there way around with a crowquill have you satisfactorily tried any non-digital say glass nib pen, Artist’s pen by Grumbacher.. something which isn’t as diluted as brush pens but has as dense thick looking ink which could hold the lines after scanning and pre-coloring adjustments, and still is as flowy and easy to use as say a marker, fibre tip pen……Maybe i’m asking for too much but something close?
And since all artist aren’t so interactive and forthcoming as you can you let us know what tools/ software Mark Fredrickson uses. His poster isn’t looking like a photoshop job!

  2. Looks like the best fishing event on Earth.
