  1. Mark Engblom says:

Speaking of “Fershlugginer”, did you happen to see the recent “Batman: The Brave and the Bold” episode featuring the Bat-Mite (“Batmite Presents: Batman’s Strangest Cases!”)?

Well, kicking-off to the episode was a short vignette adapting MAD Magazine’s “Batboy and Rubin” parody from decades past. It’s been awhile since I’ve read the original, but the cartoon version seemed like a pretty direct adaptation, right down to emulating the Wally Wood cartooning and the Borscht-Belt humor.

If you’ve seen it, what did you think of it? If not, I’m sure it’s available somewhere on the internet to check out. Highly recommended for classic (and modern) MAD fans to check out!

  2. JWB says:

Can hardly wait to see your take on the great Phil Dunphy ( what a chin )! And Gloria! Muy caliente! Let’s see, “Samantha Who” and now this! Will you do “Sons of Anarchy” next for the Bundy hat trick?
