Sketch o’the Week

Jacqueline Kennedy ©2009 Tom Richmond

This week’s subject is the late First Lady Jacqueline Bouvier Kennedy (later Onassis) drawn from a photo circa 1961. Despite being a beautiful woman she had many great features to play with including very wide set eyes and wide nose bridge, squat face with apple-round cheekbones and a small but strong chin.

  1. Trevour says:

Very nice. I really like the eyes in this one.

  2. Great observation Tom….You could park a BUS between her eyes!

  3. Michael Garisek says:

    Great job Tom
    I love the combover

  4. yondaime_kazekage says:

perfect, just perfect. i really admire all your sketch..
there are many times i was wondering, was this your 10 minutes sketch?
because i have to draw and redraw for about 3 to 4 times to be satisfied with my drawings..
