Sketch O’The Day

A cartoon figure study of a tennis player:

This was out of my head with no reference, although it’s based on an older, more realistic study from another sketchbook of mine and I don’t remember if there was reference involved with that one. Trying to use a challenging angle or perspective using just your imagination is a good exercise to help develop your feel for that kind of thing.
